I am a woman, mother, lover, dancer, holistic artist, and spiritual being. I am in love with the ocean, the sun, the moon, and island life.
“As a child, I had a dream. To be a dancer and an artist. But a serious hip injury since I was a baby prevented me from moving and walking at times in my life, forcing me to stand still and live in pain and uncertainty. From a very young age, spirituality was my refuge and my path, and dance, yoga, and movement were my healing.”
I dedicate myself to the service of love, female leadership, and conscious movement.
I have devoted my life to the study of the Arts, Dance, Yoga, Ancestral Female Wisdom, Tantra, Spiritual Practice, Energy Healing, Holistic Women’s Health, and the healing and integration of Masculine and Feminine energies.
With over 1000 hours of training, I am the creator of the Shakti Movement & Women Circles training through Yoga Alliance International.
For the past 12 years, I have researched, studied, and lived the feminine nature and the ways to heal, empower, and inspire ourselves through the body and consciousness. I have met hundreds of women who inspired me to follow the path of awakening, healing, and the search and creation of my own path.
I have had the privilege of guiding and sharing this transformative journey with many women, helping them expand their feminine power and transform their lives.
Dance, yoga, and the sacred feminine were the paths of my own healing and the ones that brought me back to myself.
