Practicing yoga with Marta has been healing for my soul and body. I hardly recommend yin yoga to release from traumas and expand your flexibility. I didn’t know yin yoga and it has been life changing. I suggest you Vinyasa practice if you’d like to feel re-energized. Marta and Greg are amazing humans and I wholeheartedly recommend their classes and retreats to anyone curious to try. I regularly attend Marta's yoga classes on the island. Her classes flow, challenge and help you ground and reconnect. I am really grateful that with her classes I found where to grow my yoga practice. I've been attending Marta's yoga classes regularly for the past four years now, and I keep coming back for more. Marta is a fantastic teacher - her classes are both invigorating and calming, perfect for all levels, and I love her energy. Last year, I decided to give surfing another try and took lessons with Greg. He is a patient and knowledgeable instructor and I had a great time (attempting to get) on the board.
