What will we do during the Retreat/TT 50h Shakti Movement ?
I create this retreat teacher training for you to have a deeper experience within your femenin power and also to awaken everything you need to inspire and guide other women.
We will nourish ourselves with daily women’s circles, tantra, yoga, movement, dance, mantras and ceremonies, rituals, connection with nature and with mother earth, our origin and force.
In this training retreat you will discover and connect with the Shakti, the goddess that lives in you.
You will deeply know your essence as a woman through your cycle and the natural cycle of life and the moon.
Together in sisterhood we will enjoy women’s circles where we can share without judgment and nurture each other. We will do healing dynamics, awaken ancient feminine wisdom, learn about Tantra, practice yoga, celebrate each other in ceremonies, enjoy the natural movement of our bodies, sing and learn Shakti dance to empower us and reconnect with our feminine and wild essence in the beautiful and powerful island of Fuerteventura.
This training retreat will give you the opportunity to lead women’s circles and ceremonies in sisterhood and you will be able to obtain an official certificate from Yoga Alliance International that recognizes 50h of Shakti training (obtaining the official YAI certificate has a separate cost of 50€).

- Assistance certificate from Island flow and/or optional oficial YAI certificate for an extra (100eur) as a continue education

During 7 days you will be in a beautiful place in Lajares, in the north of Fuerteventra. Surrounded by nature, volcanos and ocean. You will have daily delicious vegetarian food and you will have the opportunity to explore the beauty and the power of the Island.

I was born in Barcelona and I currently live in the beautiful island of Fuerteventura where I live with my family surrounded by the elements of nature.
I am mother, holistic and spiritual woman, lover of the ocean and nature. The movement is my essence. I started to dance when I was four years old and I became a professional dancer. That is why Vinyasa Yoga is one of my favorite practices!
Yoga crossed my path at the age of twenty and helped me to overcome a health issue and since then yoga guided me to find my path and taught me a way of living in balance and harmony. Since then yoga became my philosophy of live and I started to live the life I always dreamed of.
I am passionate about yoga because this path showed me that everything I need is on me. Yoga changed my way to think, to eat, to love and to breath.
Over the last 12 years I attended several courses and teacher trainings (>1000h): NLP coach, Hatha yoga, Vinyasa, Yin yoga, SUP yoga, Tantra, Shakti yoga dance, mindfulness and meditation with international instructors around the world.
As a yoga teacher, I dedicate myself to the service of yoga, teaching and sharing this philosophy of life with you
